igromo e.U. is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG), and Telecommunications Act (TKG).

6. Third-Party Tools & Technologies
6.1. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd) with IP anonymization enabled. Data is used to analyze user behavior and optimize our content. Google may transfer data to third parties, but your IP address is never linked with other Google data.

6.3. Facebook (Meta) & Facebook Pixel
We use Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd (Facebook) for social media and retargeting via Facebook Pixel.

6.4. YouTube
We operate a YouTube channel via Google Ireland Ltd. If you interact with our channel or watch embedded videos, data may be processed by Google.

6.5. LinkedIn Ads & Insight Tag
We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag provided by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Plaza, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland. This technology enables us to measure the effectiveness of our LinkedIn advertising campaigns and optimize targeting. When you visit our website, the tag may collect data such as URL, referrer, IP address (shortened or hashed), device and browser characteristics, and timestamps.

6.6. HubSpot
We use HubSpot, a CRM and marketing automation platform provided by HubSpot Inc., 25 First Street, Cambridge, MA 02141, USA (EU office: HubSpot Ireland Ltd., 1 Sir John Rogerson’s Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland). HubSpot is used for contact management, email campaigns, lead generation forms, scheduling, and website analytics.

HubSpot processes your data exclusively on our behalf and under strict contractual terms, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) if data is transferred to the US. Data collected may include email addresses, page views, form submissions, and communication logs. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in efficient customer communication and process automation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).


7. Data Transfers Due to Legal Claims
In legal or contractual disputes, we may transfer personal data to experts, lawyers, courts, collection agencies, or tax advisors if necessary and legally justified.
