FAQ · Readiness check

Questions about the check.

What does the agentic readiness check measure?
Four areas that decide whether AI agents can take over marketing work: revenue logic (ICP, buying center, messaging), data & signals, rhythm & ownership, and governance & AI maturity. Two questions per area, each answer scores 0 to 3 points.
Are my answers stored?
No. The evaluation runs entirely in your browser. No answers are stored, sent to me or saved in a cookie. Reload the page and everything is gone.
How accurate is the result?
It's a self-assessment and a first orientation – not an analysis of your systems. In the diagnosis call I look at your actual setup with you and check whether the picture holds.
What do I do with a low score?
A low score isn't a verdict, it's an order of steps: foundation first, then agents. That's what the Build and Repair paths are for. The next steps in your result show where to start.
From which score are agents worth it?
From the level "Ready for the first agents", two or three agents with the biggest pipeline lever usually pay off right away. Below that, close the gaps in parallel – otherwise agents speed up the chaos too.
