Your way into RevPrime®

Three steps, in this order.

  1. 1

    Step 01 · 30 minutes · free

    Diagnosis call

I look at where things get stuck and whether RevPrime® fits at all. If it does, I go through the scope and investment of the due diligence with you.

    Request the call

  2. 2

    Step 02 · about 3 weeks

    Revenue Due Diligence

I read your systems, run five workshops and deliver the maturity analysis and the roadmap.

  3. 3

Step 03 · first agents from week 5

    Build or Repair

Based on the results, you decide whether I build the system with you, and on which path.

    Build Repair

Why I start here

Most AI initiatives start with tools. I start with the truth.

Agents amplify whatever is already there, including the mess. Before I automate anything, I need to know where the funnel leaks, how ready your systems are and which levers actually move pipeline.

  • AI tools are bought, but nobody can show the pipeline effect
  • The funnel leaks somewhere, and every team has its own theory where
  • Agents without a diagnosis automate the wrong thing, faster

What Revenue Due Diligence is

A clearly scoped analysis project that answers three questions.

  1. 01

    Where do you stand?

Maturity of your systems, your funnel and your team, and how strongly everything is geared to pipeline and revenue today.

  2. 02

    Does RevPrime® fit?

An honest answer whether my method fits your business, your sales motion and your stage, before you invest more.

  3. 03

    Where are the biggest levers?

The few fields of action that move pipeline fastest, prioritized by impact and effort.

How it runs

Four steps. About three weeks.

  1. 1

    Week 1

    Kickoff & system access

Goals, scope, contacts. Read-only access to CRM, marketing automation, ads, web analytics and reporting.

  2. 2

    Week 1–2

    System & data analysis

Data quality, funnel conversion, attribution, tool stack, AI usage and how strongly it all ties to pipeline.

  3. 3

    Week 2–3

    Five expert workshops

Marketing, sales, customer success, RevOps and the founders, each in their own session.

  4. 4

    Week 3

    Synthesis & readout

Maturity analysis and roadmap, presented and discussed with your leadership team.

Traffic quality, ICP visitors, conversion paths.

  • MAP

    Marketing automation

    Lead handling, scoring, nurture, hand-over.

  • Reporting

    Attribution & KPIs

What gets measured and what gets decided on it.

  • AI

    AI usage & tooling

Which tools, who uses them, what effect they show.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about Revenue Due Diligence.

How is the due diligence different from the diagnosis call?
The diagnosis call takes 30 minutes and relies on what you tell me. The Revenue Due Diligence takes about three weeks: I read your systems, run five workshops and deliver a maturity analysis and a roadmap with numbers from your setup.
Do I have to keep working with you afterwards?
No. There's no retainer and no lock-in. After the readout you decide whether to build the system with me, with your own team or not at all. The results are yours.
What does the Revenue Due Diligence cost?
It has a fixed scope and is not an open-ended retainer. I go through concrete numbers with you in the diagnosis call, once it's clear that it fits in principle.
How much of my team's time does it take?
Five workshops of about 90 minutes each, one point of contact for quick questions and about two hours for the readout with leadership. I do the system analysis myself.
What happens in my systems?
Nothing. I work with read-only access to CRM, marketing automation, ads and web analytics only. I set up the access together with your admin.
Do the workshops take place on site?
No, all workshops run remotely via video call. You get the questions in advance, so nobody has to prepare slides.
What if RevPrime® isn't a fit for us?
Then I tell you openly. You still get the analysis and know where your funnel leaks and in which order to fix it.
